Day 1: Melbourne's Vibrant Scene
After arriving in Melbourne and checking in at the Novotel on Collins, we had some free time to explore the city's bustling streets and diverse food scene. The day ended with a delicious dinner at HopScotch Urban Beer Bar, where we got to taste some of Australia's finest craft beers and mingle with fellow hop enthusiasts.
Day 2: Breweries and Scenic Drives
We started our day with breakfast at the Novotel and then hopped on a coach to visit Bridge Road Brewery in Beechworth. After a fantastic lunch and tour, we continued to Billson's Brewery, where we enjoyed tastings and a behind-the-scenes look at their brewing process. The day concluded with check-in at the Bright Colonial Motel and a fun-filled dinner at Bright Brewery with local High Country Brewers.
Day 3: Rostrevor Hop Gardens
An Aussie BBQ breakfast in the poolside pavilion fueled us for a day at Rostrevor Hop Gardens. We toured the farm and learned about their sustainable hop growing practices. After a delicious lunch on the farm, we returned to Bright Colonial Motel for some free time before dinner at The Alpine Hotel.
Day 4: Buffalo River Valley Farm and Flight to Hobart
Our day began with breakfast at Myrtleford Alpine Gate Cafe, followed by a tour of Buffalo River Valley farm. Afterward, we enjoyed lunch at Nagambie Brewery & Distillery before catching our flight to Hobart. We settled in at the Movenpick Hotel and savored a delightful dinner at Franklin Wharf.
Day 5: Bushy Park Estates
After a leisurely morning exploring Hobart, we visited Bushy Park Estates for a farm tour and lunch. The day concluded with a farewell dinner and drinks at Hobart Brewing Co, where we enjoyed the company of local brewers and reflected on our incredible journey.
Day 6: Farewell and Safe Travels
With our bags packed and our hearts full of unforgettable memories, we said our goodbyes and headed our separate ways.
