Head Brewer's Diary: 2nd week, March in 2023

Hello beer lovers,

It's been another busy week here at Gorilla Brewing as we continue to create and distribute some of the finest craft beer in Korea. Our Head Brewer Paul has just returned from Australia, and he's hit the ground running to get things back on track.

Monday, March 6th

On Monday, Paul spent the day CIP-ing our brewhouse and kegging up our Golden Ale. We take great pride in the quality of our beer, and that means taking the time to ensure everything is cleaned and sanitized to perfection.

Tuesday, March 7th

Tuesday was all about canning, and we mean lots and lots of it! Our popular Popsicle beer is in high demand, so we're working hard to keep up with the orders. We also brewed up another batch of our Busan Pale Ale, which is one of our mainstay core beers. It's always exciting to see this beer come to life, with its refreshing blend of hops and citrus flavors.


Wednesday, March 8th

On Wednesday, we continued our efforts with another batch of Pale Ale and more canning of Popsicle. Things were so busy that the office team had to move down to the brewery to lend a hand! It's great to have such a dedicated team working with us to make sure everything runs smoothly.


Thursday, March 9th

Thursday was a day for more canning of Popsicle, as we worked to keep up with the demand. We didn't brew any beer today, but that doesn't mean we weren't busy! We take great pride in every can we produce, and we want to make sure that every sip of our beer is as good as the last.

Friday, March 10th

On Friday, we brewed up two batches of our Red Lager, which is a favorite among our regular customers. We also spent some time CIP-ing the tanks and doing some heavy-duty cleaning around the brewery. We take cleanliness seriously, and we want to make sure that every batch of beer we make is the best it can be.


And as if all that wasn't enough, Paul is off to Hong Kong on Saturday for our meet the brewer session at our HK launch. It's always exciting to share our beer with new audiences, and we're looking forward to seeing what Hong Kong has to offer.


So, that's our week in a nutshell. We've been busy brewing, canning, and cleaning, all in the name of creating the best craft beer in Korea. We hope you'll come and visit us soon to try some of our latest creations. Cheers!
