Head Brewer's Diary : 4th week, February in 2023

Dear fellow beer enthusiasts,

It's been a busy week here at Gorilla Brewing, and as the Head Brewer, I am excited to share with you some of our latest developments.

We started off the week with a thorough deep cleaning of the brewery. As much as we love brewing delicious beers, we also know that maintaining a clean and sanitary brewing environment is crucial to producing high-quality products. So, we took the time to clean every nook and cranny of the brewery, from the brewing equipment to the floors and walls.

Speaking of the floors, we also took the opportunity to repaint them. As much as we love the rustic look of our brewery, the constant foot traffic and spills from brewing can take a toll on the floors. So, we gave them a fresh coat of paint to help them look their best and maintain a safe, non-slip surface.

But that's not all we've been up to. We also canned our upcoming new Imperial Gose Tangerine beer, which we are thrilled to release very soon. This beer is a refreshing and tangy twist on our classic Gose beer, with a higher ABV to give it a little extra kick. We can't wait for you to try it.
