Monday, January 30th : Clean Sweep
We're starting the week off with a thorough cleaning of our brew house, affectionately known as a "CIP." Our Lead Brewer, Andrew Gamble, and his trusty sidekick Youngjae Jo, are tackling this task with precision and speed. Cleanliness is key when it comes to ensuring our beer is as fresh and delicious as possible.

Tuesday, January 31th : Diversity in a Glass
The real fun begins today as we start brewing a new beer in our new series called "Diversity." This beer has been designed by the talented duo of Youngjae and Head Brewer Paul Edwards and we can't wait to see the reactions. This series was created to showcase the diverse and unique beer styles in the world, and we're excited to launch it at our birthday party in February.
Wednesday, Feburary 1st : Hunting for Talent
Paul and Youngjae are headed to Goheung to start a new training program. They're on a mission to find the next top brewer in Korea, and we're confident they'll come back with some fantastic talent. Meanwhile, the rest of the team is focused on packaging, making sure every bottle and can is labeled to perfection.

Thursday, Feburary 2nd : Preparing for a Sour Power
With the brew house now shining like a diamond, we're ready to start a weekend-long kettle sour. This is a special beer that requires a unique brewing process, but our team has got it down to a science. Andrew and his crew are eager to try this new recipe and see how it turns out.
Friday, Feburary 3rd : Blood Orange Imperial Gose
We're finishing the week with a sour twist by brewing a Blood Orange Imperial Gose. This beer is the perfect way to end the week and kick off the weekend. We're sure you'll love it as much as we do, and we can't wait to taste the results.
